It seems I am getting farther and farther behind on posting these!! Here are my 32 week baby bump pictures :)

Your Baby Week 32:

Your baby's total length is 18.9 inches (42cm) and she is perfectly formed! She measures about 11.6 inches (29cm) from crown to rump. All she has to do is fill out more. Your baby weighs almost 4 pounds (1800g). If she were to be born now, she would still need to be incubated as she has insufficient fat stores to keep it warm.

Your baby can distinguish between light and dark.

Your baby can hear the outside world quite well now, and can also hear the sounds of your heartbeat, your digestion and the blood rushing in the umbilical cord. The pitch of women's voices are in the range babies are most able to hear over all the internal background noise. Your baby is already familiar with your voice and will be able to recognize it after birth.

At birthing classes you get to learn all of the ins and outs of birthing, what could happen to your precious baby you been caring around for 10 months, what could happen to you... it is sometimes very frighting. Matthew seemed a little stressed out at the class, him being the worry wart he is and all. I do fine under stress but it is usually afterwards that it hits me and I get the shakes.

One time I remember I was riding a horse and a four wheeler came out of no where and almost hit us, my horse flipped completely over to avoid that four wheeler. I just jumped to the side, we got up, brushed ourselves off and off we went. Later on I got the chills after it hit me I could have been really hurt.

We had a car seat instructor at the birthing class to show us how to keep our baby safe while traveling. We got a lot of good pointers but at the end of the session we realized that our small Kia Rio would not be the safest for our baby... so now we are making plans to buy a new vehicle and sell our Kia Rio who has been so good to us. If would could, we would keep our Kia Rio but... we cannot afford two cars at this time.

I am praying that I am able to have a vaginal birth like I always wanted. I am still if-y about getting an epidural... we will see once I am in labor how I will handle the pain. I am hoping the thought of seeing my child soon will give me enough will power to make it through the pain.

Oh, on a good note, I got my long awaited package today!! I have been waiting for this package since I was 20 weeks pregnant!
As soon as I got it, Matthew called saying to get lunch ready, then my Boss called after I got done talking to Matthew so I had to sit down and do some work, then make lunch... I snuck in a little time to open the box but then I had to stare from a distance at my items.... which was....
New cloth diapers!! Fluff mail!! AHHHH!! They are so stinkin cute!!

So here are an update picture(s) of my stash.

New inserts, love the bamboo blend inserts, will be buying those from now on.
Also got these cute legging, wish I bought more! Matthew is a huge fan of angry birds! So I had to buy these.

I put my favorite diaper on my fake baby.

I cannot wait to put mini Singer in these diapers! I know I will have a ton of fun dressing her/him.

Well, that is it for now!

I am getting later and later on posting these posts. I hit 31 weeks on Thursday and boy and I am feeling it! This week I am back to taking a mid-naps like I did in the first trimester.

I went on a fun field trip to Stephenville to visit my friend's college, I suppose I did not drink enough water because my hands and feet swelled up in the evening... never had that happen to me and let me tell you this... swelling hurts! Matthew gave me cold water to put on my hands and put my feet up and finally the swelling went down. Then while eating dinner I made the mistake of getting up too fast and pulled a muscle in my stomach. I was hurting for the rest of the day, I looked like an old lady trying to get to places. I was super worried I pulled something off my uterine wall and hurt our baby some how... lucky for me baby was kicking up a storm when I was going to bed. Loved that baby was super hyper but... baby's feet against my pulled muscle was quiet painful. I am glad that I am feeling much better today and my swelling is gone.

A couple days ago my sister Gabby, put the finishing touches on the rug I have been working on for the last couple of weeks. It is super cute! I am very pleased with it. I am going to make another rug to try and balance the room a bit more. Here are some pictures of the rug.
Matthew is still working on the crib which could be a good thing seeing as I still have yet to find a crib set that I like.

Our baby shower is about 15 days! I am hoping we have a good crowd come to it. I am looking forward to the food, what pregnant women would not?

Matthew and I started to read to our mini us, I think our baby is enjoying the reading time because little one is kicking up a storm when listening to the story. So far we read baby Singer "The Incredibles" and "Elmer the Dog". I wonder, after the baby is born, how long it will be before we have time to read to our kido again.

Last week my family bought me some cute dresses for the baby shower and my graduation. I cannot to share pictures of me in them! I am hoping I will be able to fit in them till the end!

Well that is it for now, going to go work on rug #2 now.

Your Baby Week 31:

Your baby now weighs about 3.5 lbs (1600g) and measures about 18 inches (40cm) in total and about 11.2 inches (28cm) from crown to rump.

Your baby's increasing size means that she has less room to move around in your uterus.

Your baby could already be moving into the head-down position.

Your baby's lungs are maturing and their lining, which prevents air sacs from collapsing, is growing. This lung development means that your baby would have a much greater chance of survival if he were born prematurely.

About 16 fluid ounces of blood are flowing through the wall of your uterus to the site of the placenta, though your blood never mixes with your baby's blood. It is separated by the placental barrier which is a very thin wall. Water, nutrients and waste are exchanged across this barrier at a rate of 0.3 fluid ounces per second.

Your baby swallows amniotic fluid and urinates.

Your baby's ears are sufficiently developed to hear and recognize your voice, the voices of other family members as well as familiar musical tunes.

30 weeks today and the last couple of days I have been dead tired. I don't know if it has to do with this week being finals or just that I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. I think a little of both.

I am super excited for our baby shower. I just got done with sending out the invitations and they are super cute! Stayed up till midnight last night finishing them up then mailed them out today. I have about 24 days until the baby shower and I can already see those days flying by.

For some reason the little one decided to be ms/mr hyper. Baby has been very active the last three days which I am thankful for because usually mini singer is lazy. Though being kicked in the ribs kinda hurts after a while. Baby is no longer a small baby, weighing over 3lbs can do a lot of damage to my poor rib cage.

I am currently working on the baby's rug for his/her's room. It is turning out super cute! Plus it is keeping me busy and not letting me sleep my day away.

So happy to be done with school, I made an A in Horse class and Swimming class and made a B in Statistics! I maybe going back to school in the fall but don't know just yet. We will see how being parents affects my college life.

Matthew and I celebrated 2 years of marriage yesterday! Wow! Two years since I married my best friend! How crazy is that? I would have never guessed that on our 2nd anniversary we would be 30 weeks pregnant!

Well, that is all I have to say for now. Later this week I'll post about our birthing class. For now it is either go take a nap or work on

Your Baby Week 30:

Your baby now weighs about 3 lbs (1400g), measures about 10.8 (27cm) inches from crown to rump and measures about 17 inches (38cm) from head to toe.

Your baby is probably aware of your Braxton Hicks contractions, which you experience regularly, even when you do not notice them.

By this time, your baby is very active and you feel its movements frequently.

Your baby is still practicing breathing movements which have now become rhythmic.

Sometimes your baby gets the hiccups when she accidentally swallows amniotic fluid the wrong way.

She is getting fatter and plumper. On an ultrasound, you can see your baby's activities quite easily.

Your baby has periods of rest and periods of activity now. Your baby is probably most active when you are trying to rest.

For anyone wanting a amazing experience I highly recommend doing a 3D/4D ultrasound. It was amazing to see our little one facial features! Plus it was neat to see how our baby reacted to touch and see what our baby did for a while. I can already see a ton of Matthew in our precious baby! Baby has their Dad's eye set. Matthew looks like he is always serious because of the way his eye brows are kinda set forward on his head. Baby has my nose! I was kinda hoping baby had Matthew's nose but.... it does look go on this kido. I think baby has the shape of my chin but the Matthew's type of chin.

I can already see personality in our baby already. When baby sleeps, s/he loves to curl up in a ball and have their hands near their face.... just like me! Matthew tends to take up the whole bed when he sleeps! Ha ha ha. When baby went to sleep, s/he was sucking with their lips. Matthew does this when he sleeps all the time. I think it is cute!

While staring at the screen I kept on thinking...this is my baby... our baby. No one else's. I am not staring at someone else's baby... this baby is what we creative. How amazing. I love this baby so much already and I know that love will only grow when I finally have him/her on my chest looking up at me.

I think looking at the 3D ultrasound made our baby more real to Matthew. Seeing our little one who looks like us really help bring things together for Matthew. Which I loved.

Well, here is some of the pictures we got of our baby!
Finally got a profile picture of our baby! We joked baby has my Dad's nose ha ha ha.
Baby already has huge lips and cheeks!! Cutie-pie!
The tech caught this as soon as our little one pulled their thumb out of their mouth. Love this shot!
Our baby yawning!
Baby sucking on her/him's thumb.
The tech kept trying to make the baby put their hands down and baby gave us a frown when the tech tapped my belly! Ha ha ha.
This is how I sleep at night.
Our baby has hair already! No bald baby! I am relieved ha ha ha.

Your Baby Week 29:

Your baby now weighs about 2.7 lbs (1.2kg), measures about 10.4 inches (26cm) from crown to rump, and is around 16.7 inches (37cm) long. He is plumper and rounder, and his head and body are beginning to be in proportion.

Your baby now uses all of his senses. He can see, taste, recognize touch and the sound of your voice.

During the last trimester, your baby will receive antibodies from you through your placenta that will provide immunity from many diseases.

Your baby's adrenal glands are producing androgen-like substances. Androgens are normally male sex hormones, but in late pregnancy, when they reach the placenta they are turned into estrogen which in turn stimulates the production of prolactin in your body. Prolactin is the hormone needed for milk production. In this exchange, your baby is beginning to stimulate milk production in your breasts so that when he is born there will be food waiting for him.
